Design Thinking Workshop mit den Kollegen rund um das Thema Leasing. "Digitale Innovationen verlangen nicht primär nach neuen Technologien, sondern – viel wichtiger – danach die richtigen Mehrwerte für Nutzer in einem digitalen Ökosystem zu schaffen" (Dark Horse Innovation) Mein lieblingszitat, digitale Innovationen sollten immer Problem- und Nutzer-orientiert starten, zu wenig fragen wir uns bei dem derzeitigen Technologie-Hype, welches Problem welcher Nutzer wollen wir eigentlich mit der AI/ Blockchain/RPA and whatnot Solution lösen?
